BJJ classes in Plovdiv – groups & schedule

One sport, one mat, three groups. The club specializes entirely in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – we do one thing, properly.

The sport

What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art built around control, balance and position instead of striking. Its core principle: the smaller, lighter and weaker person can prevail over the stronger one through technique.

It is trained on the ground and standing, with a partner, at a controlled pace – one of the safest ways to learn real self-defense and one of the best-suited sports for kids and complete beginners.

At Beast we add our instructors' judo foundation – throws and standing work combined with ground work: top game and bottom game under one roof.

  • No striking – only control and technique
  • Real self-defense from the first month
  • Strength, endurance and mobility without monotony
  • Discipline and confidence – especially for kids
  • A community that backs you at every session
